  • Support for Analog Telephone Adapter (A.K.A. ATA)
  • Support for iPads, tablets, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and cell phones as they relate to connecting to the internet
     

Standard Support – $6.99/mo 

  • Support for 1 computer in the household
  • Limited Support for Router (Wired and Wireless)
  • Support for Customer Premises Equipment (A.K.A. SM, CPE, Subscriber Module)
     

No Support – $0.00/mo 

  • You may elect to decline all support options from LR Communications.
  • In the event you decline services, no support will be provided by LR Communications, you will not be billed monthly for any support services.
  • Any support calls will result in a fee to be determined based on the severity of the problem and labor/hours required to rectify the situation.

 

By default, every customer is setup with the No Support plan. You must request the service to be added to your account. We have introduced two different options for agreements. You may pay a $50 signup fee and be on a month to month plan or you can choose to pay no startup fee and be on a 12 month agreement. Please see our Month to Month Agreement and our Annual Agreement for complete details, before service can begin, we must receive one of these agreement signed.

In addition, you will receive discounts on your modem/wireless CPE replacements. If you have DSL, you will receive a $30 discount on a replacement modem, bringing the price down to $70. If you have wireless, you do not own your CPE device so you would not have to pay for parts one way or another, however, the trip charge to replace the device is waived, a $35 value. Support plans must be retained for a minimum of 6 months after their last use.
